ebay cast iron 90mm, low cost?????
rebuilding a 2.7 and looking for P/C set to go with carbs on.What dont i know, why are these so cheap?

You get what you pay for.
If you want to spend less tha 4-5k for Mahle, Id get a good set of used Mahle Cylinders, have them replated, and buy a set of JE. EBS can arrange it all for you. They are great. If you have a set of Cylinders, youll pay about $1,800, if not, about $2,400.

Its interesting and tempting. Im not building a track engine and its been 2 years since that thread. I need to think about it. If I find a set of used Mahles, who do I send them to, to replate.
