I'd suggest going with a new aase brothers 95 watt alternator. Maybe our host has them otherwise Aase Sales

If you have the time, you might be better served having your current Alt rebuilt....shouldn't take more than a week or so.

Rebuild it, it's pretty damn cheap.

Don't know if this will help, but it helped me decide to send mine to Mark @ Stellar Generator in Pittsburgh :-)
Can this SEV Marchal alternator (aka Mr. Sparky) be repaired? |

Alts are a special thang.....50-100 bucks to rebuild and you get back a nice unit. Plus if it fuchs up, you have someone to yell at. Buying from a parts store...ya yell at the 'guy' he will likely blink and ask if you want a free bag of french fries....
