BBS wheel center caps

you guys have any suggestions or luck keeping the old school BBS center caps on, you can see the style below. THe previous owner had put tape around the edges to make them snug, but that just kind of seems wrong? i am thinking there is something missing on the cap that make it fit snugger. or maybe thats the way they are?

I put a thin bead of silicon adhesive under the lip of the cap.

Been working for me. Even if they never fell off, some are loose and rattle. The adhesive holds well and is easy to pop off when changing tires.

Glad I could help.

Nice solution! the constant rattling mine are making has been driving me nuts lately.

Thanks!
