Post How do i adjust rear koni shocks

I have a 72 911. The car is up on jack stands being put back together. While it is up i figured i would try and adjust the rear red konis. I do not have the adjusting key and it has been such a long time I can't remember how to do it. Anyone know how?
Thanks

Chances are about 99.9% that you have the 'standard series' 82K-1756 shock, and the part number is clearly stamped on the lower part of the body, usually requiring a bit of cleaning with ordinary mild cleaner such as Windex. If so, just use the 2nd procedure down for 76, 80, 82 series. 22 mm wrench required for lower bolt & nut, and 17 mm wrench for upper nut removal.
