911 SC Removing Fuel Accumulator

Hi,
I'm a new member to the forum and I have a question about fuel return lines and the fuel accumulator. I'm changing from CIS to fuel injection with a pressure regulator. It appears to me that the fuel accumulator is no longer needed when the CIS is removed and upgraded? Also, the existing accumulator has three connections, fuel supply in and out plus a fuel return at the bottom. Does the return line go all the way back to the tank or does it merge with the other fuel return line?

It's a '79 SC and I'm installing Jenvey throttle bodies.

Thanks,
Paul

Paul,

The return line for the FA is connected to a tee at the main return line right behind intake runner #3. If you want to removed the FA, simply disconnect and plug the return line from FA. HTH.

Tony,
Thanks for the reply. I figured out the fuel supply and return lines, along with the lines that are used for gas vapors/emissions. I've ordered lines and fittings to update the old line before I put the engine back in.
