wires on engine spare?

i found two wires not plugged into anything on top of my engine just behind the fan? they are on the same wiring as the AAR. the colors is red/white [maybe red/yellow] and the other wire is brown. It was just laying down by the bottom of the manifold, looks like it had a connector at one time?
