Wayne Pelican Parts to Australia
Wayne can you give me an idea as to how long it takes to ship parts from you guys to Australia? Any help to time frame would be appreciated, thanks.

Well, I ordered Wayne's "101 Projects" book and was pleasantly surprised to see it less than a week later. It as the middle-of-the-road postage option too.
Good Luck

I think that Adam answered the question!
International shipping can be somewhat unpredictable, but for the most part we haven't had too many unhappy customers. Most often, problems happen in customs, but I can't recall any AUS problems. -Wayne

I send airplane and car parts to Europe from time to time and no problems there. Use US Post Office priority overseas mail and its not very expensive and arrives in a week or usually less.
What is expensive is the customs and tax that most people overseas have to pay. A few friends in Europe have had me buy parts in the states, put them on my car for a day, then they are used of course, then I send them to them as used car parts. Customs is lots cheaper and everyone is happy.... if you know someone in the states that is! What you might do is hustle on the order, send them to Adam in Hawaii before he leaves and he could hand carry them on the airline to Oz. Course your beer bill to him could be substancial if he was interested in such a mission! Joe

Joe,
81SC would have to move real fast, as I fly out on Monday night. Unfortunately, I've had no success in locating a 964 decklid, even though it wouldn't fit in my luggage! ![]()

Adam,
Airlines are very workable on larger than normal parts. I used to work for one and have seen somethings go in the cargo hold that you could not believe! If you can get it to the counter, usually they will take it if its not liquid, explosive or illegal! Joe
