Worth Salvaging?

Am I missing something, or does this car have a lot of salvage value? I can't imagine trying to rebuild it. Check out the photos from all the different angles.

I can see them recouping the price in parting it out. The engine should be fine, the Fuchs appear to have survived, most of the interior should be okay, etc. How most of the glass survived is a mystery to me, though.

I dunno, Wayne - 4 good Fuchs with tires, a pair of seats in good condition, 3-spoke steering wheel, a 915 tranny, side mirrors, rear decklid with grille, rear bumper, rear lenses, glass - all in black and Guards Red, the most interchangeable colors in Porschedom. And don't forget those rear seats in "like new" condition! How often do you find those? I think it's do-able, especially on eBay, where prices get sort of inflated anyway.

Man what a mess! I hope no one was hurt...

Yeah, they were perpetratin', as Will Smith used to say. I was going to mention the flares, but you can't re-use them, can you?
