Cigarette lighter does not work
 
While using my cigarette lighter to power my tire pump I seem to have blown a fuse. The lighter does not work (even to power cell phone) and the fuse seems fine. One other weird thing is the passenger side window is now not working properly. The window will not do that fine adjustment(up or down) it does so the doors can open or close. Any ideas????
