DRACO A5OG 12-08-2011 06:11 PM

Definitely higher would look better, maybe on the duck offset to the right in black reflective. This way it is more sutble but at night it will show up when a head light in on it.

djcdmv 12-08-2011 06:26 PM

:)Now you're adding weight???

Bob Kontak 12-08-2011 06:41 PM

I think the placement is perfect on the lid. The composition is better with it lower because of the script length.

I do like DRACO's idea as well.

intakexhaust 12-08-2011 06:44 PM

Do you have teenager kids? Man, mine would label dad as a 'Lightweight' as in 'wimp'.

panos 12-08-2011 06:49 PM

out of curiosity, what does that sweet ride weigh in at?

McLaren-TAG 12-09-2011 04:40 AM

and you're comfortable adding the 20 grams or so for the graphics?

dpixxi 12-09-2011 04:43 AM

I would do it in the Porsche script to look more factory.

+1 and I like DRACOs idea..

Smaller, offset on deck or tail, more factory correct font... or just as is. It is cool and fun either way.

bkreigsr 12-09-2011 06:59 AM

why advertise it to the unsuspecting public? ;)

Hi, how about 911 LW in Porsche script offset to the right in black...make them wonder. simple might be better.

How bout 911 on duck with actual weight next to it. 911-2400? Just not sure bout putting lightweight on car.you'll be so far ahead of everyone they won't be able to read anyway.Tim

+1 I thought the exact same thing.

Joe Bob 12-09-2011 09:04 AM

I'd put it under the lip of the duck like the Carrera RS.....go with 911 LW.

Laneco 12-09-2011 01:11 PM

I like the idea! What's the German word for "lightweight" or something similar?

angela

germanfan 12-09-2011 01:24 PM

ah....cool idea! german for lightweight........nice
Dünnbrettbohrer to long
leicht=light
gewicht=weight
leichtgewicht is only two letters longer, liking this idea

Joe Bob 12-09-2011 01:26 PM

adj. leicht; leichtgewichtig (im Boxsport); unwichtig, nebensächlich

n. Leichtgewicht (auch im Boxsport); Leichtgewichtler

yellowperil 12-09-2011 01:36 PM

Shouldn't matter too much about the extra weight of the sticker, it is after all a lightweight sticker.
