Inaccurate tach reading
My tach reads about 100 rpm over the actual value. Is there any way to adjust it? I haven't opened it up yet, but if anyone has done it, I would like to get feedback.

Curious how you know?

I have an LM-2 that shows tachometer values. Also, I remember in the past my mechanic stated that the tach was off, so I trust the LM-2.

Can post a pic of the Tach at rest?
If it is 100 RPMs constant difference at all RPMs, you could just carefully tweek the needle to come close to where you want it, It requires you removing the bezel. |
my original/never rebuilt reads 100 rpm low
