Low cold control Pressure

My car starts up just fine, I have the CIS test gauges hooked , and CCP and WCP are way down , is it because of the ambient temp, the question is does the temp effect all the CP's for an example my CCP was at 0.6 bar and WCP at 3.0 bar ambient temp was at 40F, SP at 6.3bar, CO at 3% that's 13.5 AFR

Factory specs

2.2 CCP
3.65+-.2 WCP
2.90+-.2 BCP
6.2 to 6.7 SP

warm system pressure should be in the 4.8 to 5.2 range.

check the heating element on the WUR. resistance should be around 30 ohms. aslo check for 12v to the WUR.
check to see if you have the thermo time valve (TTV). it should also have 12v. if it is bad, and you have the vacuum controlled WUR, it will keep the CP's low. (just follow the vac lines from the WUR, the TTV is a small disk with 2 vac lines and an electrical plug).

CCP is a function of ambient temperature providing the WUR is close to that temp. WCP is not a function of ambient temp. Here is the factory graph of CCP with some lines I extended that show CCP at 4.4C which is 40F. THE CCP you read is ok per the graph unless I am not reading the graph correctly, which could be the case.

Also, your factory specs do not agree with my factory specs. My specs say your 3.0 bar WCP is just fine.

PM me your e-mail and I will send you the two pages from the manual for the 76.

you have to be carreful when looking up pressures for 76-79. the books may list a pressure with and/or without vacuum, its about .8 bar between the two.

the 045 WUR can be as low 2.7 without vacuum, and can be as high as 3.6 with it.

he needs to check his vacuum circuit.

Agreed. The pressure I quoted was testing at atmospheric pressure. 2.7-3.1.

I will just post the page from the factory manual.

No, it's 4.4 C. Do you even read the posts in you own thread?

That is a Euro 930 WUR.

Here is what you need. I think your CCP is ok.

It does say the system pressure in the 930 is pushing 100 lbs.

Cold control pressure graph?
