Is there a way to test the rear window defogger relay?
 

My rear window defogger does not work. It's possible that the window itself is the problem or it might be the relay or something else.

When I saw the $193 price tag on a new relay....well, I figure I should test it to see if it works before I spend the $$$.

Any advice would be great.

yes, using some jumper wires if you know how the read the diagram on the side of the relay. you can get them used for $25 or so on ebay. you can also just listen/feel for the click at the relay while someone pulls the defrost knob.
