Need help pricing 911

I am looking at selling my 1984 911 Targa but I am not really sure where I shoudl begin the pricing. My wife and I really like the car but it is no longer in our lifestyle. Here are the main issues wrong with the Porsche.
-234k miles
-small oil drip from engine, but I hear the amount is normal
-A/C was taken out
-Targa top is in good shape, but the seals will need to be replaced soon
-Transmission grinds if you do not ease it into 2nd, but all the other gears sounds good
The good things about the car are:
-Brand new tires
-Engine starts right up and sounds good
-Clutch replaced 500 miles ago
-Paint job looks great

Any advice anyone has to offer would be great. Thanks and let me know if anyone has any questions.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1325813963.jpg

915 rebuild $5K
Engine with 234K - bet it needs at least a reseal, most likely top end and rods - $5-7K
Maybe ask $10K as-is

This is my specialty ;)

Do a search, I just had a thread related to this.

With 234k on the clock records are gonna be a must for sure.

10-13K should be appropriate, I paid 9K for my 78 Targa in very similar condition 6 months ago.

Dave
