What is this?

Engine problem. Big one me thinks.
Engine is making an expensive clack that's not consistent, my boost gauge at idle was blipping vacume blips(looked like maybe a vacume leak that was off on but the sound was wierd and scary. Pulled over and looked while engine ran and looked under and saw oil coming out from one of the heads? WTF?
Can anyone help me guess before I pull the engine and start the disassembly? I'm guessing I dropped a valve ad it damaged that combustion chamber. Brand new engine too.

Although you already know the engine is coming apart, you could try a compression check . Possible broken head stud, maybe a rocker arm problem. Removing the valve covers may show something.

As guessed above, I had a rocker shaft back out. Lucky I guess. I was one day from doing its first valve adjust and checkup too. Well I had four of the six bottom rockers loose eeeek. I'll finish up the valve adjust tomorrow night and make sure everything I right. Time for the rocker shaft licks from turbokraft.
