Support for removing Ungo Car alarm
Request information on removing Ungo Car alarm on my 1975 Porsche 911S Model TL3000. Thank you.

I had one when I purchased the car several years back.
I remember lifting the alarm up from it's mounting point and cutting the myriad of wires. It was like cutting hair - a little stupid on my part. Have to laugh now, but at the time it took me weeks to sort out getting the car to run again. Side benefit, I got to clean up the wiring and connections the PO worked on. I would suggest looking for installation wiring diagrams and then work back from there. Good luck. |
It seems that this topic comes up now and again. Not long ago someone posted the wiring diagrams for the Ungo.
I had one on my 81 when I got it. The only problem I remember removing it was that a jumper wire on the fuse panel was removed and needed to be replaced. Sorry that I don't remember which terminals it jumped. |
