During my 2.7L rebuild some of my cylinders were scored. I bought used ones in great shape(they are within wear the limit). Is there any problem mixing them with my existing pistons provided they are within spec?

Well, maybe one little potential problem ... you wouldn't want to mix Mahle pistons for Nikasil cylinders with KS cylinders that are Alusil! Look carefully at the base of the cylinders ... Mahle is spelled out, while the 'KS' overstamped, means Schmidt and the Alusil cylinder!
