starter went out and pushed started it to get home no problem, sat 3 weeks in the rain waiting for new starter then when i tried to push start it no fire. pushed it down a long hill then had it towed to shop plugs were all wet put new ones in now runs on 4 cylinders. compression test 100 psi in all cylinders 60 psi fuel pressure.

you mention sitting in the rain 3 weeks
is that relavent? is there water all over the eng? if so first guess is water in the electrical.
dry everything out.
if not and it ran fine before starter went then are wires hooked up right? after plug change.
60psi is a little low for pump pressure.(if thats pump pressure)
when running warm pressure should be approx 50 for the system.

Every thing is dry now. Checked spark at the plugs getting spark with good compression but still no run on all 6

I don't believe 100 pounds is "good" compression. And, if you're running on 4 cylinders as you state, then how are you getting compression out of the two cylinders that aren't working?

Which 2 cylinders aren't working? How are you testing your compression?

You said plugs were all wet.
if all the plugs were wet then your getting fuel to every cyl.
do you have spark at EVERY plug? firing order correct?
When it's running pull the spark plug wire off each cyl one at a time . if the cylinder is running properly then when you pull the lead off the eng will run rougher ,put it back and it will go back to how it was .
if no change when you pull the lead
then check the spark plug wire and connector for that cyl for resistance with an ohm meter. compare it's numbers to a wire you know is good.

There definitely is fuel and spark present at all cylinders tested compression with all plugs out of car doesn't make sense ran fine before pushing it down the hill. When it first started up on the cylinders that are working plenty oil smoke was coming out. Question can the fuel inj get out of time

loosened fuel lines at fuel inj. also put a spark plug at the end of the line and checked it also the plugs are wet when you pull them out

ok so you have fuel coming out of each line at least all the way to the injector.
you put a plug on each lead and you have spark at every cyl, good.
now ,the plugs should not look wet when you remove.
are they all like that ?
the plugs should all be dry and offwhite to white in colour .if you found some that look dark or wet/shiny that can be from a bad injector

check your firing order, if you have spark and fuel its just not happening at the right time.
