That can be a high dollar ride....but you'll need a lot more pics. A cert of authenticity would help to verify the original engine claim.

It's not like a chevy where the VIN matches the engine number.

The range, 18-28K. It just depends on a lot of factors. What shape is the orig engine? Is it a runner or a lump needing a whole take down? Long or short block.

The SC came with fuel injection...the carbs, did they come off the other motor?

You can post more than one pic. Just click on the upload photo link again....it loads one at a time.

My suggestion is to pick a number....list all that you have on the cars for sale section and wait for buyers to come to you. OR.....pick a reserve price and let it ride on eBay.

You could do worse than paying someone to come over, see what ya got and have them help you price accordingly.

it also depends on how professional the conversion was. If it was a hack job....value plummets.

With the original numbers matching engine and everything in good working order about $25K, the way it sits maybe as much as $15K but only if the engine and tranny are in very good order... just MHO.

Sweet car but get rid of those mirrors. Go back to stock.

It is a 10 to 12k car the way it sits in my opinion. Chances are the original engine is tired if I had to bet. Good luck with it.

You may want to have the engine checked out before trying to sell it, if it's got a low compression cyl, bad leakdown, or (almost likely) broken head studs it is a sub-10,000 car to most people. Include the complete original engine and the value goes up a bit.

Removed the front and rear emblems and filled the holes.
Changed the mirrors.
Added the later Porsche reflector between the taillights.
Changed the door panels and eliminated the door pockets.
Changed the dash vinyl.
Added later rear 'rubber bumpers'.
And can't tell for sure from photo, but engine grille looks later than '69 also.

other than that.....

Any pics of the front pan and battery area? That's a common rusted spot on a "no rust" car.

Asssuming this legitimately is a solid car, with the original engine and tranny as well as a running SC drivetrain, I would guess that it wouldn't hang around at $15k. There are definitely things the new owner will want to clean up (the rear reflector would be first to go for me), but finding a rust-free longhood that isn't asking mid-twenties to the moon is increasingly difficult.

I like the '69 too as the first of the LWB cars and yet still with the 2.0 litre engine. It will cost quite a bit to rebuild the 2.0 litre engine, but then the new owner will have a more or less original, numbers matching longhood. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised that if SoloSpeedShop listed the car for $20k, he would get something not far off.

The money longhoods command now make me sad, of course. I should never have sold my 911. In point of fact, considering the withdrawal I am going through, you might want to hang on to that car SoloSpeedShop.

As a T, it's value doesn't rest on its originality, rather that it's rust free, but let's not kid ourselves, no 1969 911 is 100% rust free.

As it sits, probably a solid $12K car and at that price, would be sold fast assuming a rust PPI with good results; if it went to Europe, easily $15K.

Good luck with it.
