Accel Ignition in an SC?

I have a friend that has an 1980 911sc which stopped running suddenly. The good news is it happened as he was parking in front of his house! I went there to see if it was his Fuel pump or relay. I put in my relay that runs the pump full time and the Pump is working. I then looked at his Ignition and was NOT prepared for what I saw. He has an Excel Ignition Igniter AND he has No Spark! So much for me trying my Permatune unit.

Has anyone ever seen this set up before and / or knows how to check this set up? I am checking to see exactly what unit he is using.

I Plan to pull the Dist next Sunday and check the "Green Wire" which was dark in color (Like mine was when John Walker pointed that out to me and cured a wrath of problems. WHile I am at it will will clean out the Rust that "May" be hiding in there locking the Advance Weights.

I also think the CDI Unit is an Accel 300+ which puts out 125 Millijoules of spark energy (What ever that is compared to VOltage and Amperage?
