Just want to pat pelican on the back
I am so lucky that I am able to swing by pelican whenever I want. Not only is this website the pinnicle of DIY, true porsche enthusisats, tech tips, trouble shooting, ever improving catalog and prices...but the staff is awesome to boot.
Don and Tom as well as Wayne have been really friendly and helpful with all of my first-time stumblings... I encougage all the So Cal people to visit Pelican and get to know the staff...putting a face to a name (website) is very cool. And I used to gripe about how pelican wasn't always the cheapest...but when I think about how much money I saved using this website (clutch job..saved at least 1500)(Oil leaks saved at least 2000...my friend did the same repairs at a shop for 2K) etc...And even now...as pelican grows prices are getting more and more competative... So once again...thanks guys you have made my first year of Porsche ownership a really fun time. |

i would also like to thank pelican and its bbs members. i would not own my car to this day with out this board.ive saved thousands of dollars making repairs myself with the help from everyone on this board, thanks guys(and pelican)
