spring plate questions

Hello- I am getting ready to put new bushings or new spring plates in a 76. There have been a couple of pairs offered fs here on Pelican, but not from a 76. If you look in pet, there are are a bunch of part numbers for the spring plates that year, all of which are different than the numbers for other years that are fs. What are the actual differences? Are they important enough that you should not use them? Thanks

Assuming you are going after the factory adjustable spring plates (which is a good plan), you will be fine with anything from 1977-1986.
