Engine Harness Gromet and Tin Bushing

On my SC engine harness I need to replace both the rubber gromet where the alternator wires go through the fiberglas shroud and the rubber bushing where the starter wires go through the engine tin. I want new rubber here as these deteriorate with age but have had no luck finding replacement parts. Has anyone had luck finding these? The gromet could be replaced with a hardware store quality gromet but Im afraid that would not be heavy enough over time. As far as the bushing I thought about casting one out of rubber. Im concerned about the heat however.
