So, ok at first I thought i was nuts but today finally looked into the blower fan in the dash cutting out when ever I hit a bump in the road. So I pop the trunk and start poking around in the fuse/relay box figuring its a loose or bad relay only to find that I only have barely press on any part of the fuse panel and the fan cuts out as well as the ABS pump(whurrr) restarts each time the fan does! The fan does seem to restart at a regular interval after it cuts out. After disconnecting the battery, I'm going to lift out the fuse panel have a look around. What I'm going to see and what should I be looking for?

I would check the circuits for those two accessories first. Have a good flashlight and mirror handy and perform a shake test on each wire that feeds into the fuse for the above items. I'm guessing that you'll probably find where insulation has rubbed off a wire or something of that nature. I would not take apart any more than you have to. Good luck and let us know what you find.

Yikes! now I'm really confused, I took apart the fuse box and didn't find any bare, burned or loose wires. However I did narrow it down to(I think) the aera around fuse# 17(heater control). I can very lightly press down or tap the fuse and blower cuts out! The QUESTION is whats inside this fuse panel, it looks like its in two halfs kinda snapped together? Has anybody had one of these panels go bad? or serviced one? Is it poosible that there is a printed circuit board inside the halfs and its cracked? I'm not holding my breath for a response as this one seems to be pretty weird.
