ATL Pelicans: Where can I find POR-15 locally?

Preferably in the Marietta/Kennesaw/Roswell/Alpharetta area.

None of the local FLAPS I've called have even heard of it. I've called a few commercial paint and marine stores and struck out.

Try calling their customer service. I've had good luck getting someone on the phone there that knows what they're talking about.
