Server Moved...
Our ISP went out of business today, leaving the Pelican server(s) unplugged. We have moved them to a temporary (slow) connection, and are working to get them back up to full speed as soon as posible...

Yer right about the "slow" part, Wayne.

Slow, yes. But on the bright side: it's working.
Good save, Wayne. |
I noticed none of the avatars are working.
|
I have disabled all the images and avatars to reduce the bandwidth requirements. This is only temporary...

Wayne your a star... thanks for keeping us on line.

Thanks for your effort Wayne! This kind of stuff has got to be a major PIA. Heck, I'm still recovering on my lowly home computer from when my ISP shut down 3 months ago! -- Curt

Just did a Whois on your domain. The DNS servers belong to XO Communications. Unfortunately XO hasn't been doing too well lately. I'm crossing my fingers that you don't have to move the site again anytime soon or run into any problems with them.

Actually, Mainnet is our old provider, and XO is our new one. We're on a temporary XO DSL connection right now. We're going to have them bump it back up ASAP on Monday/Tuesday...
