Glad you posted this. Did not know Collier's racing history. What little I knew pertained to his business success.

I tried visiting the Collier Museum a few years back - 2003-ish - but it was a couple years after they closed it to the public. Went with my wife and I walked into the restoration area and one guy was in there. I begged him to just show us the 917 and he said "Nope, can't do it".

Didn't something like this just happen in both classes at Daytona last week?
