What I ordered... What I got. Do I return it?

I ordered some stainless sill plates for my SC I ordered them because they had the classic "SC" script. What I got is nice, but clearly not SC script.

What does the SCWDP brotherhood think? Do I keep them, or send them back? (Forget canned response #2, tell me what YOU think.)http://www.pelicanparts.com/ultimate...Sill plate.jpg

Once I saw a guy driving around with Carrera RS lettering on his car, but rather then be an outline of the lettering, the lettering was solid like yours.

In amazement I watched as a band of other Carrera RS owners swarmed from all directions: merging in from other freeways on the interchange, charging from various ramps, and so forth, throwing peanuts at his car and booing him.

"Script like that on your car is going to cost you. You little polesmoker!" someone shouted.

I guess from that experience all you can hope for is that SC owners are more forgiving than Carrera RS owners.

The guy was able to get away, barely, thanks to a roving band of Rice-Burner boys in Supras who created a Wedge formation along the 134 east, surrounding the poor lad and whisking him away to Alhambra.

That's exactly what I have on my SC.

LOL

Kurt your sense of humor is more out there than mine. Did you ever consider writing for Saturday Night Live or MAD TV?

I agree with you, the panel should be returned for the one ordered.

Moses, if you ordered them from a picture and they were not the same as the picture and there was no disclaimer about not being exactly as shown, then by all means, return them if you don't like them.
This is known as switching and can not be tolerated.

The first 2.7 RS publicity photos showed the car with solid lettering. The outline lettering came later.
