Whistling Blower Sound at Idle - Low RPM'???

I have been driving but as you know from my first post this car sat a long time. I drive at least once a week for a few hours or more. When I come to a stop or when it's idling it sounds like the car has this really slight whistle or blower. It kind of sounds like a blower but at a much lower level. It doesn't happen all the time. I don't know how else to describe it but any ideas would be appreciated.

I assume it's coming from the rear of the car. First thing I'd do is check that your bolts for the intake manifold are tight. If that's it, you'll hear it stop when you tighten the offending bolt down.
