Anyone in the Seattle Area with a Paint Meter

Anyone close to Woodinville, WA 98072 with a paint meter they would be willing to check a car for me ?

Suppose to be original paint.

In my limited experience you can usually see if the paint is not original, look at different angles of light until you are seeing the orange peel pattern and not the color, take a close look the pattern should be exactly the same in adjacent areas e.g. rear panel to door or door to fender. If you have a friend that is a paint and body person there are many other things to look at to see if the sheet metal has been taken off or repainted. Not that using a paint meter is a bad idea. I got burned by this when I bought my car.

A visual inspection can't tell you the existing coating thickness (i.e. repaints) nor the amount of filler hidden under the paint. As I recall, new paint coatings from the factory are around 7 mils thick.
