Red face Am I missing something? (pics of headlight replacement)

Swapping out the H5 headlights for H4s on my '83SC. I can't tell if I am missing a socket to hook up the new bulb and therefore entire assembly. See pics, I stopped immediately after removing the retaining ring from the rear of the H5 housing. AFAIK, the whole set-up is stock, but I do note I am missing the drainage sleeve that goes in the bottom of the fender bucket.

Ugh, thought this would be a 90 minute job...Thanks, Pelicans!

No biggie.

Your SC was retrofitted for H5 . When they did it, they cut the light harness and rigged directly into the H5 bulb.

To make it work on your H4 you need the proper H4 socket and reconnect to light harness.

Be sure you test low, high, ground before you seal it for good
