Thread size on oil pressure sender on '87 911?

Guys,

I'm working with the folks at New Vintage USA to convert my Oil Temp/Pressure gauge into a quad gauge that measures CHT and Volts, as well. They need to know the thread size on the pressure sender in my car to do the conversion. Does anyone what size this would be on an '87 Carrera?

Thanks!

Oil pressure sending block located near the engine cooling fan...

If this is what your talking about then it's M18 x 1.5 as stated..

One quick follow-up.

HFR_Racer - I noticed that you have an '87 930. Do you know if this would be the same for an '87 911 Carrera?

Thank you!

I checked the Porsche PET and yes it is the same for the Carrera and Turbo.

You should learn how to use the Porsche PET.. It is a very handy reference tool for your 911.
