SS threshold

I remember a thread a few months ago about stainless steel thresholds for 911's. Did anyone order them? If so, are you satisfied? How do I contact seller?
Thanks

Yes, I bought a set and am perfectly happy with them. they're from Imagineautoinc, and you can contact maker Stephen Kaspar at porschephd@imagineauto.com. They cost me $117 plus $12 shipping, and the quality is faultless. I'd ordered ones that read "911" but when I got them they said "Carrera." I don't know whether that means 911 plates don't exist or he made a mistake, but it didn't matter a bit to me. I'm not that anal and put them on rather than go through the trouble of exchanging them, figuring that my '83 SC was a Super "Carrera" anyway. You can check with Stephen if you demand 911 lettering.

I'd consider them a bargain even if they read "Jaguar."

Stephan

Paul- I also got a set from Imagine Auto. The "Carrera" sills were a custom order- I think about 10 of us ended up buying those. He sells the "911" sills everyday. Really cleaned up the look by getting rid of my shrinking plastic sills. I give then 2 thumbs up!

I ordered a pair from Stephan too. Got the "911" sills. He is a good guy and spent about a half hour with him just talking about P-cars. They are very nice quality and they receive a lot of compliments. Installtion is simple. It actually takes longer for my anal self to clean the old glue off the sill than to install them. Much better than the rubber sill covers. The only down side is that you add about 1 pound to the weight of the car.
