another quick question

where can I get this:

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1330028242.jpg

how would you call that?
pelican does not have it, I asked....

porwolf 02-23-2012 11:53 AM

I think it comes with the Euro cars. They dont have the US sidemarkers in that space.

Math 02-23-2012 11:57 AM

so would the dealership be my best bet?
or any european friend could sell me some?

porwolf 02-23-2012 12:23 PM

I think your best bet is to source it in Europe somehow. Then, you could always go this route:

Pelican Parts - Product Information: PEL-JM-DUCT

In case you need to know here are the part numbers as I read them off the Porsche PET catalog. But it could also be that the European front bumper is different than the US one. It looks like it does not have the cutouts for the US sidemarker lights. Byt then, a US bumper could be fixed to close those holes.

awesome! thanks porwolf. the part number will certainly help me.
anyone has an idea/reommendation of a porsche shop on the otherside of the pond, that would be cool enough to get that part and ship it oversea?

porwolf 02-23-2012 05:19 PM

I would try googling the part number and see what comes up, possibly in England for easier communication. If all fails look for sites in German.

Pelican sells them here:

Good find, Dennis. I was looking at the Pelican site myself but could not find it by using key words.

I used the part number you provided porwolf. Seems as though I can find things a lot quicker here on Pelican that way, as opposed to using keywords.
