Dash help...
 

Hi,

The leather shrinked. don't wan't to change all the dash because of it.

Any Idea how can I fix this?

You can try and remove the vent .. condition the leather and try to get it supple again then pull/glue and clamp ...

I was able to fix the gear shifter on my vette that shrank they same way and able to get my door panel straightened out on the SC .. the Dash is not going to be easy .... but dont pull hard with pliers .. Hint warm the leather with a hair dryer it will open the pores a bit and take the conditioner a bit better .. you may have to use polish on it if you start a crack thru the color .. but the Porsche leather is quality stuff .......

warm won't make it shrink more?

you just want to warm it slightly ... it is the directions I got off the back of the Zymol leather conditioner bottle .. you are just warming it to get it a bit more flexible ...

Same theory if you have ever grabbed a leather jacket out of a cold car .. or ask your other half how soft and flexible a cold leather car seat feels if they are wearing a short skirt ... the cold leather has a tendency to stiffen up .. don't use a heat gun just a blow dryer ..

Have someone machine a bezel or make one out of fibreglass to cover the perimeter?

(Paint the new bezel piano black like the singer cars)
