The Lisle tool worked for me. I pushed the wire out with a small pick after using the tool. Try that or try gently pulling harder on the wire.

I fiddled with it a bit and found that using a pair of pliers to hold on to one of the wires while using the Lisle tool and then using the pair of pliers as a lever against the plastic structure, the wire came out very easily.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1595545546.jpg

Does anyone know what the pins are for these things? Looks like my body shop split a wire and I'll need to reterminate it.

David,

I have a 1986 Targa and have removed the side mirrors several times. Hope this is helpful.
