Regrounding cams from S to SC profile
Can the cams from my 74'S be reground to the profile of the SC cams ? I mean, is there enough metal ?

I suggest you write to Elgin or another good cam grinder. When I redid my cams I believe that metal was added during the regrind process so I think the answer is yes.

Yes, I had mine done by Elgin. I don't think any metal was added.
