Thanks for sending Darren out to the Swap this weekend. I saw him at the autox this am and recognized him straight away (not too many guys with 3' pony tails). I hope you enjoy his pics, I'm confident he has some nice ones. For example, in our "People's Choice" Concours yesterday, a new GT2 took second place in his award category. The category winner was a Boxster inspired by a 550 (with speedster humps and RUF wheels - quite the ride). A 2001 twin turbo had to settle for 3rd. Hey, I was at the autoX also. What were the results, I left a little bit before the third heat once it started to rain. I brought my motorcycle and didn't want to get stuck in the rain.
That white RS (?) was really moving wasn't it! |

With a 3.2, the "RS" left original specs long ago. He did get FTD and the only car I know that broke under 1 min. I got lucky and won my class (2.7 street prepared), yippee. Here is the car at home.

Where you running with the second group? If that is the car I'm thinking, you were hauling butt too, sounded great! Next year I'll have to enter my car, even though I would probably be like that one Boxster NO. 129 that went off course every time.

I ran 1st group behind another early red 911 (sleeper with a 3.2) who also spent the morning off course. I was the one who lifted a wheel on the last turn to thrill the crowd (heavier bars, next on the list)
