Separate pump. Should be attached to the side of the windshield washer fluid resevoir.

8$. New "unnamed" reservoir with a pump. Fits nicely near fusebox. I think you can find cheaper ones too, mine came with all the connectors, hose, and ...well, complete set.

PS: The motor can be removed from the reservoir and the motor (pump) has in/out connectors for the liquid.

Two suggestions. First if you still have the pump and it doesn't work, check the wiring and make sure it is getting power. If it is getting power, clean the connectors on the pump and see if that works. If not, remove the pump from the car. The pump can actually be disassembled. However be careful not to tear the rubber gasket. On my 72E the gears were just full of crud. If the cleaning doesn't fix things, cruise on down to your local Autozone, Parts America, Pep Boys and pick up a generic windshield washer pump for around $25.00. Duct tape to resevoir, attach wires, done. If it makes sounds but no pumping action check for either plugged up lines or you have the wires reversed.

Jim,
As previously stated, the pump motor on your year car sits on the the side of the reservoir. I have an extra pump. Let me know.
