Carera seat repair

I pulled the seats from my 88' Carrera and noticed, what I think was a plastic bushing, falling apart from the end of the shaft in the picture. The large clip seems to have held it in place, one on each side, but I can't find a reference picture, or part number for this. Does anyone know where to get these? I know that I need at least two of them. Probably four, by the time I look under the other seat. Thank you in advance.

I ended-up going to the hardware store and buying some nylon bushings that were close. Little bit of modification and some cuts to provide a landing for the large clips and voila! Hope it holds-up.
