The Singer is awesome, but it's an unlimited budget, build/forge-your-own-parts-car built by a manufacturer who then sells the car as a company. All of the rest of the cars were a person's car...built by them, for them. I kinda think that if there's a Singer, why shouldn't there be a Ruf or any other car manufacturer/re-manufacturer?
