What I want to know is why are there handlebars? The entire thing should sense where you're placing your weight and act like a giant skateboard.

I think it is actually good planning on the manufacturer's part.
You think anyone dumb enough to drop $3K on one of those things is smart enough to ride a skateboard? Although I do think the handlebars would make a decent place to balance your lance when you are jousting.  Tom |
