Targa windows rattle
 

Id like to know what the repair is for my 71 targa windows rattling when in the down position and also why they can be shifted up and down. When fully closed I have to pull up on one side in order for them to fit tightly to the upper seal.

On my '86, the tray that the bottom of my driver's side window is affixed to had rusted away. Replacement of this part of the window mechanism fixed my rattling problem.
