Fuel Return Line Replacement
Have to replace a return line on a 1976 911 S, part has been ordered by Steve at Pelican. To remove I had to cut the hose and slice the hard plastic (???) fuel line (runs down the center). Question, does anyone know of a method to install the new return line to the hard line (with min destruction)? One end of the return line is barbed and has to be inserted into the hard line. I had to redo a fuel distributor line, but could only get the line 1/2 way on........
Thanks........ |

Do a search using "fuel AND line" under user name "Jim Sims"; then look under rcwaldo. For some reason I can't cut and paste the thread. Jim Sims

Jim, thank you for the 411. Your idea for the use of collars will be very helpful, I just have to rig something up so I can pound from the inside of the vehicle. One of the Engineers at work has a cat from McMaster.......Never thought a marketing person would need any item from that big yellow book!!!
Thank you again.... |
