will carbs such as webers and race headers work on my 3.0sc motor looking for some bolt on horsepower

Yes indeed.
Properly sized and set up Webers, along with 1.5" headers and a good sport muffler will make a big difference.

You will have a similar motor to a Spec 911. You won't regret it.
