Bosch diesel fuel filter for MFI?
My supplier up here in Canada just sent me a fuel filter for my 1969 E, it was listed as OEM in the online catalogue. It has just arrived and it is in fact a Bosch and looks like it is the correct size etc. with a fitting on the bottom - but it says Diesel filter on the box and the number is 1 457 434 099. I scoured the posts here for any information and although there is some discussion of diesel filters being used, nothing conclusive.
Has anyone installed one of these? The Pelican part number is: Fuel Filter (Bosch 0 450 905 002) just fyi.
