Before you buy a new switch, remove the rubber cover and unscrew the switch and clean it with electrical contact cleaner. Spray it on and push the button repeatedly. Usually that removes the corrosion. Apply a small dap of grease to the contact and reinstall. If you rubber covers are cracked or brittle replace them. If you decided to replace the switch be careful to secure the wire and not let it slide into the hole as that will be a royal pain to retrieve. Best luck.
