Luminition CD Boxes with magnetic trigger

I am running a 911 3.6 race car with a Bosch ditributor and 12 plug cap. It has an optical Luminition pick up in the distributor and 2 x Luminition CD boxes. I need to replace the distributor and was thinking of the JB Racing unit, bit it has a magnetic sensor to generate a signal to the CD boxes. Will my Luminition units still work with the JB unit? I have asked JB and they don't know.
