Electrical Gremlin

I just developed a problem with my 1973 911T Targa. My turn signals are intermittently not flashing - they glow solid. Both sides. Same when 4-way is used. Sometimes they all work, sometimes they glow solid.

Last year I replaced the flasher relay for a different problem.

Should I jack the car up and look at the relay??
