				Rocker panel rubber

I'm surprised this is so cheap. The front bumper rubber trim (covering the mount bolts) is $200. The rocker rubber is $20.

What gives? (not that I'm complaining) Todd

The front rubber is very special, highly engineered, impact rubber.

The bumper rubber gets damaged a lot and insurance companies pay for the repair. So, they can charge a lot for it. The rubber on the rocker panels lasts for ever.
